TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS
Christmas Day Lunch
Bookings are for a minimum of two people.
We will need to take a £30 deposit per person to secure each booking. This deposit is non- refundable in the case of a cancellation.
For any parties booked before Tuesday 1st December 2020, a full payment is required by Tuesday 1st December 2020. For any parties booked after that date we will require the full amount to be paid in advance to secure the booking.
Once your booking is secured, we will send an order form to confirm menu choices. These forms should be returned to us at least one week prior to the party.
Failure to pay a deposit or send through your menu choices could put your reservation at risk of cancellation.
Groups bookings will need to adhere to Government safety guidelines.
We are adhering to the current covid-19 safety guidelines and will keep reviewing our policies should these change between now and the date of your booking
Please note, due the government’s current covid-safe regulations, we are unable to take bookings for more than 6 people per table. We can accommodate larger groups and sit people on adjacent tables - if requested in advance - however this will be subject to availability. We strongly advise booking early to avoid disappointment.
Guests with allergies / dietary requirements
If any guests have any dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking. Allergen information is available upon request. If any guests have intolerances to specific allergens, please let us know and we will be able to say which of our dishes are safe to eat.
